Diabetes Melitus Dm1

Commonly refer to us Insulin dependent DM. a patient with DM-1 is diagnose with pancreas defect specifically at (beta) - langerhans islets of the pancreas which is the primary organ that secretes Insulin  that helps to regulate the blood glucose level of our body. DM1 also is considered a childhood disease including infant that born with Gestational Diabetes Melitus.
